Q1: Where can I find the keys for the Wheel Clamps?
A1: The keys are usually attached to the plastic packaging of the wheel clamps. Please check the area shown in the diagram for reference.​​​​​​

​​​​​​Q2: I can’t remove the key after locking the wheel clamp—what should I do?
A2: If the key won’t come out after locking, try the following steps:

Loosen the knob slightly.

Adjust the clamp so it securely grips the tire in the correct position.

Gently lift the wheel clamp upward to ensure it engages properly with the teeth on the arm.

Once properly aligned, you should be able to remove the key.

After removing the key, tighten the knob firmly to lock the clamp in place.
Q3: Why don’t the holes on the outer Wheel Holder Tube align with the holes on the Base Support Bracket?
A3: You may have mistaken the hole position on the Wheel Holder Tube for the hole used to mount the ramp. Please note that the center hole on the Base Support Bracket is for the ramp. Refer to the diagram below.
